Pierre C.
Rumpf
Attorney & Certified Buyer Representative ®
PCR Realty stands apart from most every
other brokerage agency – its designated broker-realtor
is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
and a Certified Buyer Representative.® This is uniquely
beneficial to PCR Realty’s clients and makes doing
business with PCR Realty a value added experience.

PCR Realty’s advice to all of its
clients is to seek the counsel of a professional when she/he
has specific concerns. For example, to seek the advice of:
a licensed home inspector to answer any and all questions
about the condition of a house, multi-family, or condominium;
an accountant when concerned about the possible tax ramifications
associated with the sale of a property; and, an attorney
to review the purchase & sale agreement, as well as
represent the buyer’s, or seller’s interests
at the closing table, just to name a few.
Though Pierre is a licensed attorney in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, he does not represent his
realty clients as their attorney reviewing purchase &
sale agreements and/or representing their interests at the
closing table, as that would be a conflict of interest.
Nevertheless, there is a unique value added
benefit in having a realtor that is also an attorney. Unquestionably,
buying or selling real estate is the largest acquisition
or sale one experiences in life. There is great comfort
in knowing that the realtor who is negotiating and drafting
the terms of your purchase or sale is also an attorney.
That is the PCR Realty Advantage!
